Each trip is made up of arrangements from different suppliers (lodges, airlines, parks and ground operators), and their own cancellation terms apply. We set out the specific cancellation and refund terms for your trip in your written quotation before you pay, and again on your confirmation.
Cancellations by you
- Cancellations must be made in writing to reservations@eworldsafaris.africa.
- Refunds depend on how far in advance you cancel and on each supplier's rules. Deposits and some fees may be non-refundable.
- Flight tickets, once issued, follow the airline's fare rules and are often non-refundable.
Changes
- We will always try to accommodate changes. Suppliers may charge amendment fees, and new rates may apply.
Cancellations by us
- In the rare event we must cancel, we will offer an alternative or a refund of amounts recoverable from suppliers.
Refunds
- Approved refunds are made to the original payer by the original method where possible, less any non-recoverable supplier charges.
Nothing in this summary overrides the specific written terms agreed for your trip, or your rights under applicable law.
